Pre- and Post-Workout Nutrition – An Infographic

Once again I have another great infographic on dailyinfographic.com. This is a fun example of proper nutrition for pre- and post-workouts. It can be difficult to determine what to eat to replenish your body with the proper nutrients for a healthy physique! I’ve been told time and time again that 8 oz. of skim or fat free chocolate milk is the best post-workout drink, which this infographic recommends.
